Craig Ervine scored a maiden Test hundred as Zimbabwe held up New Zealand's victory charge on day three of the second Test in Bulawayo.
In response to New Zealand's mammoth first innings score of 582-4 declared, Ervine's innings helped Zimbabwe through to 305-6 at stumps, the left-handed batsman still unbeaten on 115.
The hosts had been in trouble at 147-5 midway through the day before Ervine put on a 148-run sixth wicket partnership with debutant Peter Moor (71).
